What You'll Be Doing

• Follows all EHS policies, practices, and procedures
• Supports Continuous Improvement (CI) tasks, projects, and initiatives
• Identifies and loads raw materials (PS Stock, Paper, Boxes, Cores)
• Identifies and unloads finished goods
• Builds & labels boxes and then packs and seals boxes
• Operates bagger and tape machine
• Read and understand copy folder and supporting documentation
• Complete all quality related paperwork

What It Takes

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
