Job Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist specializes in performing advanced imaging procedures, primarily focusing on CT scans, to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. The role supports healthcare teams by delivering high-quality imaging services using state-of-the-art technology.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce diagnostic images with precision.
  
  
• 
  Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes and ensuring their comfort.
  
  
• 
  Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures and patient information.
  
  
• 
  Follow safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety during imaging sessions.
  
  
• 
  Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on imaging equipment.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to achieve accurate diagnostic results.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold current ARRT RT(R) credential with a specialization in CT.
  
  
• 
  Possess an unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology.
  
  
• 
  Maintain Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• 
  Display excellent communication and patient care abilities.
