You'll be the "health hero" across multiple locations, helping the people we support stay healthy, happy, and heard.What you'll be doing:Be a Partner in Health: You'll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.Be an Advocate: You'll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.Be a Teacher: You'll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.Be a Clinical Pro: From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you'll use your full range of nursing skills.SCHEDULE: 12 hour shifts, NO WEEKENDS or ON-CALL - Minimum work 24 hours a quarter - Maximum work 24 hours a weekCommitment to Mosaic Values:At Mosaic, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone has the chance to contribute and succeed.
