Project Analyst

Providing functional support to operational processes, the full-time Project Analyst will manage general administration, procurement, and finance tasks while collaborating with various teams in a home-based environment. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance with UNDP operational processes and support the preparation of reports for external stakeholders Assist in the financial design and budgeting for regional operations and projects, including monitoring and reporting Facilitate logistical and administrative services for IEO events and overall office administration Required qualifications Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience at the national or international level for candidates with a Bachelor's degree Experience in using computer and office software packages, including Microsoft Office and web-based data management systems Prior operational work experience at UNDP or another UN agency is preferred Fluency in English is required; working knowledge of Spanish or French is advantageous
