Quick Facts Location: Redwood City, California Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Built-to-Brand Program Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: 30+ (full-time) Employment Type: Full-time, per diem available License/Certs: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: 5+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Annual Pay Range: $312,000 - $438,000 as per hours worked Medical Director Stipend: $25,000 Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Prescription drugs and Teladoc services Short- and long-term disability, basic life insurance Parental leave, sick pay, employee assistance programs Fertility benefits, Continuing Education Assistance 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Additional wellness and discount programs Pay package discussed upon application What You’ll Do Provide OB and GYN triage, including surgery and labor & delivery management Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies Conduct inpatient consultations and support hospital deliveries (~1,200 births/year) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Stanford-affiliated MFM support and a Level II NICU Help develop workflows and clinical protocols as part of a new program Participate in quality initiatives and clinical leadership if interested What You Need Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in OB-GYN Strong clinical judgment and team-oriented mindset Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care About the Assignment Join a pioneering OB-GYN hospitalist team at a major hospital in Redwood City, California.
