McKnight Place Extended Care is actively seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at one of St. Louis's highest-rated skilled nursing communities. Responsibilities:

• Lead all nursing operations including oversight of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and CMTs.
• Manage Medicare Part A clinical services and documentation.
• Drive survey readiness and CMS regulatory compliance.
• Oversee clinical investigations and quality assurance.
• Partner with the Executive Director on staffing strategy and operations.
• Participate in leadership on-call rotation.

What You Bring:

• Active Missouri RN license in good standing.
• 3 to 5 or more years of nursing leadership in a SNF or long-term care setting.
• At least one year in a DON or interim DON role.
• Strong Medicare Part A expertise -- MDS, skilled coverage criteria, documentation.
• Proven survey outcomes and CMS compliance experience.
• Ability to lead an established team without a ramp-up period.
