Washington, PA – Full-time, Part-time, Casual; Hourly, Non-exempt; Flexible Shifts

Starting Rate: $17.00 to $23.00/hour; depending on shift and experience

Expert registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and social workers partner with residents, their families, and their doctors to provide personalized care plans. Southmont also provides short-term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies.

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) completes specialized training in areas of leadership, mentoring and person-centered care. Nursing care and nursing related services are provided to residents and patients according to each resident’s/patient’s comprehensive assessment and plan of care. All resident/patient care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s/patient’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

 Requirements for the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):

• Certificate in good standing with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) OR must be 18 years of age
• Ability to use computer or laptop for documentation purposes.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support Certificate
