High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening At least 1 year of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and work on ladders, roofs, and in confined spaces Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and HVAC installation equipment Willingness to work extended hours when needed, up to 12 hours per day Availability to work weekends during peak seasons when required Strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction Accutemp Heating and Air Conditioning is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
