Primary Function FAST TRACK, Future Achievers Shaping Tomorrow Through Real-world Applied Career Knowledge, our summer internship program is 10 weeks long. The program provides rising seniors the opportunity for professional development by building relationships, gaining corporate experience, learning about our industry, and preparing students with the experience needed to have a rewarding career at our organization. The ideal candidate can see the big picture in any situation, has an entrepreneurial and process improvement mindset and can handle any situation with composure and empathy. We’re looking for assertive, well-spoken, and compassionate students who are dependable, service-minded, and results-oriented. Primary Responsibilities Produce and adapt creative assets for channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, digital advertising, presentations, and customer communications while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. Execute production design tasks by resizing, versioning, updating, and preparing creative files for multiple channels, audiences, and business lines to support scalable marketing efforts. Create visual communication materials including infographics, training resources, visual playbooks, process diagrams, job aids, and presentation graphics that educate stakeholders and simplify complex information. Support digital marketing execution through the production and maintenance of email modules, landing page assets, website graphics, social media content, digital display advertisements, and campaign templates. Maintain and organize creative assets and template libraries within digital asset management systems, ensuring creative resources are easily accessible, current, and brand compliant. Perform quality assurance reviews on creative deliverables, ensuring visual consistency, brand compliance, proper formatting, accessibility considerations, and production readiness across all channels. Partner with creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to support project execution, creative updates, campaign launches, and the development of self-service resources that improve efficiency and scalability across the organization. Research and propose best practices, innovative approaches, notable programs of industry peers, etc. Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience. Performs business analyses and provides recommendations to leadership for business and process changes. Receives training and performs duties in several functions in order to become familiar with line and staff functions, management viewpoints, company policies, and best practices. Observes experienced team members to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Will be required to attend company sponsored training classes, activities, and events. Build relationships with employees and colleagues. Education and Experience Requirements Currently pursuing a four-year college degree with a scheduled graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring of 2028. Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred. Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements Strong visual design, layout, typography, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation design tools such as PowerPoint. Familiarity with Canva and digital asset management best practices. Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, web content, landing pages, and digital advertising. Knowledge of branding fundamentals, design systems, and visual identity standards. Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines. Excel in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while contributing to the creation, design, and implementation of value-add business strategies that affect current operating practices and company policy. Be able to clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to a varied audience, including the operations staff and senior leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in quantitative analysis. Ability to adapt. Willingness to learn. An entrepreneurial business mindset. Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and work well individually. Strong skills in Excel and/or Tableau (charts, graphs, pivot tables, formulas, etc.). Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
