Responsabilidades del puesto Marketing comunitario Participar en eventos comunitarios locales, eventos escolares y campañas de marketing. Representar a Think Academy de manera profesional en puestos y actividades de divulgación. Presentar nuestros programas tanto a familias de habla china como a familias que no hablan chino. Distribuir materiales promocionales y responder preguntas básicas de los padres. Exploración de mercado Explorar nuevas oportunidades de marketing, asociaciones y recursos comunitarios. Recopilar retroalimentación del mercado e información sobre la competencia. Apoyar iniciativas de marketing del campus y proyectos promocionales. Generación y conversión de prospectos Contactar proactivamente a familias prospecto y recopilar prospectos calificados. Dar seguimiento a clientes potenciales mediante llamadas telefónicas, mensajes de texto y correos electrónicos. Programar pruebas de ubicación, consultas y clases de prueba. Mantener registros precisos de prospectos y mejorar las tasas de conversión. Operaciones de correo electrónico y CRM Realizar campañas de alcance por correo electrónico. Gestionar la información de los clientes en sistemas CRM. Rastrear el progreso de la matrícula y mantener la comunicación con las familias prospecto. Seguimiento con los padres Dar seguimiento después de evaluaciones diagnósticas o clases de prueba. Recomendar cursos apropiados según las necesidades del estudiante. Coordinar con asesores académicos y docentes para completar el proceso de matrícula. Calificaciones Se prefiere título universitario. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Extrovertido, seguro y cómodo al hablar con padres. Fuerte capacidad de ejecución y seguimiento. Capaz de trabajar de forma independiente mientras colabora con un equipo. Detallista y organizado. Dispuesto a trabajar al aire libre y participar en eventos comunitarios de fin de semana. Calificaciones preferidas Experiencia en educación, ventas, servicio al cliente, marketing o divulgación comunitaria. Experiencia asistiendo a eventos, exposiciones o actividades promocionales. Familiaridad con sistemas CRM o herramientas de marketing por correo electrónico es una ventaja. Bilingüe en mandarín es altamente preferido.
