$55,000–$65,000 | 3–5 Years Experience

A respected law firm is partnering with LHH Recruitment Solutions to hire an experienced Legal Assistant with strong federal court experience . This is a fully in-office role supporting attorneys across federal criminal matters (including white-collar and appellate work) and insurance coverage/litigation .

Responsibilities include:

Federal and state court filings (federal required)
Client intake and professional phone communication
Legal research and case downloads via Westlaw and PACER
Document and case management using iManage
Scheduling, time entry, expenses, and administrative support
Travel coordination and document organization
E-discovery exposure is a plus

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years of legal assistant experience (not entry-level)
Federal court experience required
Criminal or litigation background preferred
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and client-focused
