Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Conduct depositions and attend court hearings, mediations, and trials. Analyze case law and statutes to develop legal strategies and provide informed counsel. Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Manage a full caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work. Collaborate with firm leadership and team members on complex cases and firm initiatives. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license and in good standing with the Florida State Bar. Minimum 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law. Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Empathetic communicator with a client-first mindset. Familiarity with Florida state court rules and procedures. Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background).
