We are looking for a SalesCoordinator to join our Brokerage Operationsteam.You will provide high level support tocommercial real estatebrokerage producers within ourLos Angelesoffice.Youwillhave the opportunity toengage in a well-rounded list of contributions for the team, which will include: administrative, financial,marketingand operational functions for the business.We offer a fun, fast-paced, collaborative, dynamicand inclusiveenvironment.This roleprovidesa unique opportunity with exposure to all aspects of the businessby partnering with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and coordinators to help in the overall success of the office.

Business Operations

• Gathermarketresearch information to createclient deliverables such as,market surveys, tour books, competitive sets

• Preparedealdocuments including Request for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal letters,leasingstatusreports &customer&prospectcorrespondence,with direction from brokers and/or knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices

• Update&maintaincompany Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to track prospects, clients, and deal information

Marketing

• Manage &maintainall listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space&Hightower

• Prepare property marketing flyers, brochures, and email distributions

• Create and editpresentations,pitches,and client deliverables for prospect/client meetings

• Assistandparticipatein planningas needed for industry functions or client eventsand open houses

Finance

• Collect & process deal file paperwork; calculate, generate & send invoices utilizing JLL accounting platform

• Trackandprocessbrokerexpensereportsaccording to the JLL T&E policy

Administrative

• General duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room set up,officemaintenance,broker IT support,makingtravelarrangements&front desk coverage as needed

Required

• 1+years relevant experience supporting multiple people preferably in the commercial real estate industry or other professional services organization

• Highly proficient inMicrosoftOffice Suite including,Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlookwith ability to learn new software and JLL's in- house platforms

• ExperiencedwithAdobeInDesign

Preferred

• Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management, & the ability to work both independently & with a team

• Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, & willing to learn with a positive attitude & a drive for personal growth & development

• Able to assert discretion & professionalism when given access to confidential &private information

• Strong proofreading and editing abilities

Estimated compensation for this position:

70,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
