A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded transactional real estate practice.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

Acquisition and disposal transactions

Commercial leasing and asset management

Real estate finance matters

Development projects

Joint venture and investment structures

Corporate real estate transactions

General commercial property and transactional support

Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for an ambitious and technically strong lawyer who can demonstrate:

3–5 years' PQE in commercial real estate

Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills

Excellent academic credentials

Sound commercial awareness and attention to detail

The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team

A proactive approach to client service and business development
