As the studios fitness leader, youll work alongside the Studio Manager to drive culture, community, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:/ph3Team Leadership Development/h3ulliLead, educate, and develop the coaching team through approved F45 curriculum/liliConduct recruiting, screening, and interviews for new coaches/liliManage coach certifications, CPR/AED compliance, and performance reviews/liliCoach minimum 12 sessions per week at the studio/liliFacilitate regular team communication and leadership meetings/liliMotivated and passionate about health and fitness/liliReliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail/liliWillingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons/li/ulh3Member Experience Retention/h3ulliDeliver exceptional trial process including InBody scans and planning sessions/liliFollow up with new, current, former, low-usage, and at-risk members/liliMonitor member satisfaction and resolve conflicts with Studio Manager/liliEducate members on F45 Methodology and programming/liliManage class scheduling and substitutions/liliExceptional communication skills/liliAbility to develop strong relationships with members/liliSolid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology/li/ulh3Operations Administration/h3ulliConduct daily facility walk-throughs and weekly audits with Studio Manager/liliEnsure equipment logging, incident reports, and documentation compliance/liliManage Mindbody reporting, scheduling, and member notes/liliTrack and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) weekly/liliCoordinate challenges, playoffs, and specialty workout programming/li/ulh3Business Development/h3ulliAssist with marketing, partnerships, outreach, and B2B initiatives/liliSupport sales process and price presentations/liliMaximize class utilization and studio workout traffic/liliParticipate in studio events, socials, and theme days/li/ulh3Communication Reporting/h3ullistrongWeekly:/strong KPI updates, announcements, schedule changes/lilistrongMonthly:/strong Performance reviews, events, evaluations, phase rollouts/lilistrongRegular:/strong Meet with Studio Manager and Owner on performance and operations/li/ulpRequirements:/pulli2+ years management experience in fitness industry/liliActive CPR/AED Certification/liliPrimary NCCA-approved certification/liliCommitment to continued education/liliStrong communication, leadership, and customer service skills/liliAvailability for studio emergencies and flexible scheduling/li/ulpSchedule Requirements:/pulliMaintain class schedule 4 weeks in advance/liliNo outstanding substitutions within one week of class/liliHoliday scheduling planned in advance/liliAvailable for multiple weekly sessions, events, and meetings/li/ulpCompensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour/ppWe embody and live our brand.
