Restoration 1 of Gulf Coast is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Team; an individual that is organized, detail oriented and can maintain superior customer service standards and excellent communication skills. Overview: The Team Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Managers with the clerical, administrative and accounting functions of selling and managing jobs. They are also responsible for handling the phone duties associated with the Claims Department, or as assigned. General Duties Coordinates office schedules, modifications to schedules, contacts customers regarding late arrivals for Project Managers Works with collections for collecting deductibles, progress payments and final payments, when needed Coordinates with other departments and office staff to complete projects, paperwork and keep the processes timely for each project Completes project tracking reporting, inclusive all schedules, appointments and reports Maintains notes in PSA and job field files, as necessary Performs general administrative work as necessary, including preparing reports and correspondence, reviewing correspondence, copying and filing, preparing purchase orders, daily work orders and daily communication with the Team Leader and Project Manager about ongoing projects Prepares and prints various office documentation, such as purchase orders, daily work orders, communication and documentation on ongoing projects and shares that information with the Project Manager Assists the office staff, the production management staff and sales staff as needed Provides quick and accurate responses to vendors, agents and customers Completes, reviews and routes forms, applications and other paperwork within the company as it comes to your attention Coordinate and communicate with insurance companies, agents and clients regarding the Team’s work flow from beginning to end Answers the phones, directs calls and assists clients Demonstrates a positive image of the Company to staff and clients; this shall include oral and written communication and visual presentation Applies all safety rules and regulations to work efforts and prevents work hazards Other duties as assigned Customer Service Contributes to overall customer satisfaction Excels in customer communication Responds to customer concerns in a timely manner Leadership Duties Able to positively motivate others Develop skills of others Conveys positive image of the company Provides valuable insight for improvements General Professionalism Completes delegated tasks on time Seeks information and knowledge on new issues Cooperates and respects others Follows company policies and procedures Develops creative solutions to problems #J-18808-Ljbffr Restoration 1 of Gulf Coast
