Job Description
This role involves operating production machinery in cell and assembly departments, performing standard machine operation tasks, and supporting general production activities.
Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in various departments in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper performance and product quality, and promptly address basic issues or escalate as needed.
• Perform standard machine operating tasks, including starting, stopping, adjusting, and overseeing equipment throughout the shift.
• Handle general production duties such as packaging finished products and moving parts, materials, and boxes throughout the plant.
• Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S3K principles.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
