About Karmart
Karmart is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician in Burlington, WA to join its service department. This hourly position pays $18.50-$21.00 per hour and is designed for a technician ready to continue developing their automotive career. Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services as part of the lube line.
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and accurately document vehicle condition.
- Perform assigned routine automotive maintenance services.
- Follow established service-department processes and procedures.
- Participate in training to continue developing automotive maintenance skills.
- Work with the service team to support an efficient shop workflow.
- Continue building skills and capabilities for growth within the service department.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of automotive experience in an independent repair shop or dealership.
- Hands-on experience with routine automotive maintenance and oil change services.
- Ability to perform Digital Vehicle Inspections.
- Willingness to participate in training and continue developing automotive service skills.
- Ability to work the assigned Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
