Job Description

A Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients customers. You will assist with inquires, resolve issues and provide excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience

Responsibilities:

• Receive orders from emails, dropship account or EDI.
• Enter orders into company system ensuring accuracy and timely shipment
• Print, Match, and scan orders for each warehouse as needed.
• Review and work open order and back-order reports
• Cancel orders and provide updates to customer as appropriate.
• Work with UPS/FedEx for claims as needed.
• Review invoiced orders, provide credits, RA, Call Tags, RADs & Credit Memos when necessary.
• Provide inventory information for customers daily.
• Answer emails and provide courteous customer service for each dropship customer issue.
• Provide product and inventory updates to each customer throughout the year.
• Setups for new products & removals, depending on results of VLOOKUPs.
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date product info on customers' site

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Required, Associates degree desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
• 1 year experience working directly with customers and good demonstrated people skills
• High energy team player that enjoys talking to customers
• Possess a strong attention to detail to ensure proper tracking and reporting
• Demonstrated Organizational Skills / Reading / Comprehension
• Ability to Work Independently & Manage Time Wisely

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
