Warehouse Laborer

Job Description

FORMATECH, a full-service design/build exhibit company, is seeking an experienced Laborer to join our team at our Brunswick, OH, site.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and Unload: Commercial B2B environment. Safely load and unload freight from trucks, crates and pallets.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
Facility Maintenance: Sweep, clean, and organize the warehouse to ensure a safe, hazard-free work environment.
Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damages or defects and report discrepancies to management
Assist Crew with Pull & Packs: Pre-show set-ups in warehouse and dismantle for shipping. This is not retail pick & pack.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old
Physical stamina: Full day on your feet. Ability to continuously stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills required, including ability to read a tape measure and work within time constraints
Reliable team player with a positive attitude
