Production ML Engineer: Distillation & Open-Weight Models
Nightshift
Nightshift is hiring an experienced ML Engineer to strengthen the team working on the Sovereign platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ML engineering and a solid understanding of open-weight models and quality metrics. The role involves designing eval harnesses and fine-tuning models while addressing cost and throughput. Presence in the Miami office at least three days a week is expected.
