Compensation and Benefits*

• Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

What You'll Do * Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT * Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence

• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)

What You'll Need * Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing

• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training

Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
