Our promise is to provide outstanding service as it remains to be our first and foremost mission.Position Summary: As a Licensing Coordinator for Pyle you will perform administrative duties within the Fleet Maintenance department.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:Maintaining vehicle specific information in our software systemCoordinating application of titles, registrations, license plates, permits and state inspection stickersDistributing and tracking of licensing credentials for all company owned vehiclesMaintaining and monitoring EZ Pass accountsPreparing, maintaining and submitting documents and reports as neededOther administrative duties as assigned To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following: Must be very detailed orientedExcellent computer skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to multi-task and prioritize workCapable of maintaining accurate computer filesEffective communication skills For a full job description associated with this posting, please contact A.
