Position Overview At PNC, people are our greatest differentiator. As a Senior Banking Advisor III in the Asset Management organization, you will be based in Bethesda, MD. Job Description Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net‑worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team. Leverages developed networks of internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services. Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners, clients and Centers of Influence. Executes AMG banking transactions, ensuring quality and efficiency in day‑to‑day operations. Originates, analyzes, negotiates and documents credit and non‑credit banking products and services. Monitors a book of business to ensure client satisfaction, retention and expansion of sales revenue. Analyzes, evaluates, structures and mitigates credit risk for complex credit requests, applying advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies. Provides leadership and mentoring to team members. Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations. Key Qualifications 8+ years of relevant industry experience. Strong book‑of‑business development and client retention skills. Proficiency in financial management, portfolio management and sales process. Experience in client relationship management, credit analysis, negotiation and value selling. Effective communication, decision making, problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of products and services offered in banking and asset management. Preferred Skills Advanced credit analysis and verification. Strategic sales negotiation and value selling. Experience with Centers of Influence engagement. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s or PhD desirable. Industry‑relevant experience typically 8+ years. No specific certifications or licenses required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $134,000.00 – $249,000.00 (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
