International Account Executive - Software Solutions

Salary: $75,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a native German speaker; French is a plus.
• A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• We require 3+ years of software sales experience, ideally within SMB and mid-market segments.
• We need someone who is highly self-driven, with a strong hunter mindset and a results-focused approach.
• We value proven ability to assess market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to shape strategy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, closing, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and confidence using Microsoft Office and sales tools is important.
• You should be able to understand complex customer needs, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• A quick learner who adapts easily to new products, technology, and market changes will thrive in this role.

• We identify and pursue prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.
• We carry out detailed discovery conversations and needs analyses to understand client pain points and business objectives.
• We deliver tailored software presentations and demonstrations using a customer-focused, value-led approach.
• We build and nurture client relationships, acting as the main contact throughout the sales cycle.
• We negotiate contract terms and pricing while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and agreement.
• We maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM and manage the pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• We use sales dashboards to prioritize activities and direct our time effectively.
• We work closely with leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success to align go-to-market efforts and deliver a seamless client experience.
• We monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and market developments to position our solution effectively and provide insight to clients.
• We prepare and share regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management, including progress, challenges, and opportunities.
