CAD Designer The CAD Designer is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models to support product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes. Experience: Professional background: 3+ years of experience in CAD design, technical drafting, or mechanical design; Experience in product development, manufacturing, or industrial design environments. Educational background: Industrial Design, or a related technical field, Drafting certificate – experience with AutoCAD and 3D solid modeling software Key Responsibilities: CAD MODELING & TECHNICAL DRAWINGS Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software. DESIGN OPTIMIZATION & MODIFICATIONS Revise and refine CAD models based on engineering feedback, prototyping results, and manufacturing constraints. COLLABORATION WITH ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING TEAMS Work closely with R&D engineers, product developers, and production teams to support new product development. TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION & COMPLIANCE Maintain organized records of design iterations, BOMs, and technical specifications. INNOVATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Stay up to date with new CAD technologies, industry trends, and advanced modeling techniques.
