Accounting Assistant

Samsung E&C America, Inc. (SECAI) is looking for a motivated Accounting Assistant to support our team on a short-term, part-time basis. This role focuses on administrative accounting support and data management. We are seeking someone who can start immediately and work efficiently for a 3 to 4-month period. Total Hours: Maximum of less than 30 hours per week. Daily Schedule: Approximately 6 hours per day, 4–5 days per week (Mon–Fri). Contract Duration: 3–4 months (Temporary). Lunch Break: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Unpaid break; not included in working hours). Key Responsibilities Expense Support: Assist in processing monthly business expenses and reconciling records. Excel & Data Entry: Create and organize Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking. SAP Support: (Optional/Preferred) Assist with SAP journal entry if capable. Administrative Tasks: Document filing, scanning, and general clerical support. Qualifications Language Skills: Bilingual in Korean and English (Required). Basic Accounting Knowledge: Only foundational knowledge is required. Excel Proficiency: Comfortable with data entry and basic file management. Efficiency: Ability to handle simple, repetitive tasks with accuracy. Immediate Start: We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible. Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
