Tire & Alignment Technician

Branchburg, NJ | Full-Time | $22+/Hour + Overtime

All Tire & Service is hiring a Tire & Alignment Technician for our busy Branchburg, NJ location. This is one of our largest and highest-performing stores, featuring 11 bays, 11 lifts, strong car count, and a steady flow of tire and alignment work year-round.

We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who can jump in and help keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Approximately 44.5 hours per week
• 40 hours regular time
• 4.5 hours overtime each week
• Opportunity for additional overtime and occasional sixth workday

What You'll Do

• Install and replace tires
• Perform flat tire repairs
• Complete tire rotations and balancing
• Perform wheel alignments using Hunter alignment equipment
• Service and diagnose TPMS systems
• Conduct tire and alignment-related inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate vehicle needs with service advisors and management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of tire and alignment experience
• Experience with tire installation, repairs, balancing, and rotations
• Ability to perform wheel alignments
• Familiarity with TPMS systems
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop

Preferred

• Experience using Hunter alignment machines
• ASE certifications or related automotive training
