Semiconductor Maintenance Technician - Etch PM Machinist

Toolsets Etch Applied Materials Centura MxP/MxP+/SuperE Applied Materials DPS, DPS II ULVAC Enviro II, Optima Responsibilities Perform tool recoveries, cleaning and rebuilding of chambers and subcomponents identified as Preventative Maintenance and support for the CHD FAB Etch maintenance team. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, vacuum, and mechanical systems. Perform scheduled maintenance, consumable changes and other activities that support fab operations. Implement 5S practices and use problem‑solving skills to improve efficiency and quality. Complete documentation and, where applicable, train others on related tasks. Work independently for extended periods, focus on quality and efficiency, and achieve First Time Right and Duration goals for PM completion. Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats. Stand for long periods (up to 12 hours), stoop, crawl in confined spaces, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Work compressed shifts with available night shift openings. Qualifications Education: AA, AS, AAS, or progressive education in electronics, chemistry, mechanical, or industrial engineering. Equivalent experience or military training may satisfy the formal education requirements. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment, adhere to safety and reliability requirements, and interface with internal and external teams.
