Remote Professional Recruiter

Focused on direct hire business development and recruitment for Engineering and IT positions, the full-time Remote Professional Recruiter will establish key relationships with clients and candidates while managing the full-cycle recruiting process to deliver top talent on a national basis. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle business development and recruiting, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a pipeline of talent for direct hire professional positions Implement sales plans and marketing strategies to expand the client base and meet performance goals Required qualifications Sales experience in staffing with a focus on new account generation Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience, preferably with an executive search agency Experience in recruiting for Engineering positions, particularly in Data Centers Proven ability to source talent and build professional relationships at all organizational levels Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bullhorn is a plus
