Vince Clark Insurance Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position focuses on servicing our current book of business while also identifying opportunities for growth through sales. The ideal candidate will excel in customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving agency goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain and service the current book of business, ensuring client needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products based on client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that align with agency goals.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients.
• Assist in maintaining client records and documentation in the agency management system.
• Contribute to a fast-paced and rewarding work environment through teamwork and proactive communication.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
