The role involves covering a designated territory. Candidates should have prior experience in the home health setting. Clinical responsibilities include performing patient assessments and providing nursing care. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs is important. Patients will require varying levels of care based on their diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support will be available to assist with patient care.
