• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4 pm
• 20 - 25 patients per day
• Float between 2 occupational health clinics
• Workers comp, MS evals, and occupational health exams
• DOT certification required
• 2 years of recent occupational health NP/PA experience required
• Hospital privileges required
• Active OR license required -- will not wait
