Cashier

About the Role We are looking for a qualified and responsible cashier to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately to join the fast casual MOOYAH Burgers team. Main Responsibilities Managing transactions, making sure pricing is accurate Accepting payments and providing receipts Bagging purchased goods Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises Managing transactions using a cash register Balancing the cash register Making shakes Accepting payments in cash, credit Providing change and receipts Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps and gift cards Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate Keeping the dine clean at all time Making sure condiments are clean and full Going above and beyond for our guest Restroom clean and stocked all the time Job Requirements Must have at least a high school degree Experience with POS systems and cash registers Basic computer knowledge and good math skills Ability to effectively resolve complaints Excellent communication skills out going personality is a must #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
