Finance Project Manager | Remote

Position: Strategic Project Lead, Finance Type: Full-Time Compensation: $400K - $550K/yr Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Own and manage projects end to end, ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables. Oversee complex, finance-specific data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in Finance, reviewing their work for quality and compliance. Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding massive, high-impact projects to ensure alignment and success. Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across finance-driven workflows. Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact to senior leadership. Requirements Have a strong background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Possess at least of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects. Demonstrate a passion for building from the ground up and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments. Have a strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
