Department: 35207 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Nursing: 7CE Status: Full time Benefits: Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details: Every other weekend and rotating holidays per site scheduling. Self-scheduling, twelve hour shifts, holiday and weekend rotation. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: 36 bed Medical Telemetry unit that cares for patients that require medical telemetry care such as adults with a wide range of diagnoses. Teamwork, high emphasis on patients being ready to go home by receiving high quality care. Communication, hard-working, multi-tasking, engagement. What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications: Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Telemetry certification is preferred at time of hire but not required.
