You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.Responsibilities- Leading the design and development of user experiences for innovative software products- Guiding teams in the application of human-centered design principles to enhance user interactions- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address system component linkages and interactions- Developing and executing user interface prototypes to improve customer experience- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables- Conducting industry trend analysis to inform design strategies and solutions- Mentoring team members to expand their skills and encourage professional growth- Engaging in constructive discussions with clients and stakeholders to resolve conflicts- Upholding professional and technical standards in all design and development activities- Promoting the integration of creative design and user experience research in project executionWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Excelling in analytical thinking and creative design- Demonstrating proficiency in user experience (UX) design research- Utilizing human-centered design to enhance customer experience (CX)- Developing user interface (UI) prototypes for innovative solutions- Analyzing industry trends to inform design strategies- Leading experience design projects with a focus on client support- Mentoring teams to leverage strengths and deliver qualityTravel RequirementsUp to 40%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
