Job Description As an Applebee’s Server, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You provide friendly service, make recommendations, and anticipate guests’ needs while maintaining a positive and energetic environment. Responsibilities Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests. Make menu recommendations and upsell items. Assure guests feel welcomed and well‑cared. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay starts at $11.79 plus tips. Physical Standards Walk and stand for up to four hours per shift. Lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly. Reach, bend, stoop, and use hand and face coverings throughout the shift.
