MRI Technologist - Part Time

Role MRI Staff Technologist responsible for operating magnetic resonance scanners to produce diagnostic images for physicians. Responsibilities Select imaging techniques, operate console and peripheral hardware, enter and monitor patient data, transfer images to PACS, and assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic or MRI Technologist Program, and clinical experience. Certifications Certifications include ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT registry, with advanced registry eligibility within 18 months. BLS certification is required. Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in IV insertion, medical scanning, cross-sectional anatomy, and 3-D imaging. Ability to manipulate equipment, lift and transport patients, and adapt to stressful situations. Preferred Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and advanced MRI registry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
