Role & Responsibilities

• Support project planning and control activities by preparing regular and ad-hoc financial, cost, and performance reports.

• Maintain and update project control databases, tracking systems, and reporting tools to support project and program activities.

• Monitor project and program budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and cost trends to help ensure alignment with approved budgets.

• Review and verify cost information to ensure expenses are accurately coded, allocated, and reported.

• Assist with tracking project variances, under-runs, over-runs, and change management activities, including maintaining change order logs.

• Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and functional departments to reconcile project control and financial data.

• Support earned value management (EVM), progress measurement, and project performance reporting throughout all project stages.

• Work closely with Investment Planning & Control teams to support capital budget planning and forecasting activities.

Qualifications / Requirements
To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controlling

• Associate degree or equivalent experience

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree CAPM or EVM Certificate or equivalent

• SAP Experience
