We are excited to share that we have an immediate opening at our Parsippany, NJ warehouse for an experienced Logistics Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll take on a variety of key responsibilities across our logistics operations, including shipping and receiving, sample pulling, data entry, and material handling. It’s a hands‑on position with the chance to make a real impact on our daily workflow.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Assisting with receiving all raw materials and supplies into the warehouse, check condition of materials and accuracy of paperwork, and provide sample to Quality Control. 
• Assisting with the shipment of finished products to customers according to customer order requirements, ensuring accurate paperwork, labeling, and on-time delivery 
• Maintaining strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements. 
• Adhering to all safety protocols, including use of engineering controls and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe workplace for all employees. 
• Communicating effectively with Customer Service, Purchasing, Quality, Regulatory, Production, Planning and Carriers on a daily basis or as needed 
• Maintaining inventory integrity and good housekeeping in the warehouse.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience preferred. 
• Flavor and fragrance industry is also a plus but not required
• Ability to drive a forklift: Stand Up Forklift experience is preferred
• Prior training in Dangerous Goods (Hazmat) preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, geographic location, and applicable legal considerations. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is awarded based on both individual and company performance.
