Sr Marketing Manager - Measurement Capabilities & Evolution

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Marketing Manager - Measurement Capabilities & Evolution to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape the measurement strategy for the company's media network, with a focus on building scalable capabilities that improve decision-making across marketing investments. The position will partner closely with Product, Technology, Data, and analytics stakeholders to advance reporting foundations and evaluate emerging measurement approaches. In this highly visible role, you will help position the organization as a market leader through clear insights, external-facing thought leadership, and continuous capability improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $116,400 – $194,500 annually Responsibilities Drive the long-term measurement capability roadmap for the company's media network. Communicate complex analytics concepts to diverse audiences. Lead the evaluation and implementation of new measurement methodologies and technologies. Create external-facing collateral that positions the organization as a market leader. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data teams to optimize measurement systems. Establish scalable and actionable reporting foundations across media products. Identify capability gaps and recommend investments to improve measurement effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Finance, or General Analytics. 6-8 years of digital media or consumer insights experience. 3-5 years of experience leading teams with measurable impact.
