Job Description: - Unit Information: - Location: 7700 Floyd Curl, San Antonio, TX 78229 - Number of Beds: 18 bays - Staffing: 25 dedicated professionals - Day Shift: 1 CNC, 11 RNs, 1 PCT - Night Shift: Currently transitioning to 24/7 coverage, hiring for night staff - Patient Ratios: - 1:1 for the first 30 minutes or ICU LOC - 2:1 when stable - Minimum of 2 RNs in PACU whenever a patient is present - Equipment: Advanced medical technology and tools - Electronic Medical Record System: Meditech Magic - Typical Hiring Profile: - Must Have: - 2 years PACU experience - ICU level of care competency - Preferred Skills: - CPAN, TCAR certification - Procedures Performed: A diverse array of procedures crucial for patient recovery - Ideal Personality Fit: Proactive, team player dedicated to exceptional patient care - Required Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - Dress Code: - Navy scrubs - Schedule: - Sunday – Thursday, 2300 - 0730 - No on-call required Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
