Equipped with digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and a Trios scanner, the practice uses Eaglesoft for charting and operates in a mostly paperless format. The team includes experienced assistants, hygienists, and dedicated front office staff, all working together under a supportive and mission-minded owner.

Patient Demographics

• Pediatric patients up to 21 years old
• 80% Medicaid, 15% PPO, 5% cash

Compensation and Benefits

• $1,000/day starting base (or 40% of collections preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pediatric dental care including exams, restorations, preventive services, and extractions
• Create a calming, trusting environment for young patients and their families

• Support the overall success and reputation of the practice

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Active Delaware dental license or ability to obtain
• Comfort and interest in working with pediatric patients
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
