Recruiter – Carrollton, TX (Full‐Time, 40+ Hours Weekly)

Fast Staff is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Carrollton, Texas. We are looking for someone who knows how to source, screen, and place quality candidates — and who thrives in a fast‐paced staffing environment.

Position Details

• Experience Required: 3–5 years recruiting experience
• Schedule: Full‐time, 40+ hours per week
• Location: Carrollton, TX
• Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Start Date: Immediate openings

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Manage job postings and applicant flow
• Coordinate placements with clients and internal teams
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure timely follow‐ups and accurate documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly
• Reliable transportation
• High level of professionalism and urgency
