Job Description

The Client Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with clients by managing communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can coordinate events, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain accurate client records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client communication through various channels
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
  • Provide responsive customer support
  • Coordinate client-focused events and activities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer service expertise
  • Comfortable handling phone calls professionally

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in client services
  • High school diploma or equivalent
