Job Summary:

Olive Branch Home Care, a proud women-owned and women-operated agency, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Baldwinsville, NY . As a Caregiver with our agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing person-centered companion care that promotes independence, dignity, and trust. Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical, companion care services to clients in their homes, including:

• Assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support with meal planning, preparation, and cleanup

• Accompaniment to appointments and social events

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Emotional support and companionship

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care and services

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs and preferences

• Participate in agency-wide training and staff development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Demonstrate a commitment to our agency's values of integrity, intentional listening, and respect for the value of every life

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in caregiving or a related field, however if you are experienced, compensation is based off experience as a care provider in the related field(s).

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work varying schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

• Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or training
