Position Summary The Senior Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this position consistently provides excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance etc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team-member.
• Order loss runs

Work Experience

• 0-2 years experience in Commercial Property and Casualty

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license

Essential Skills/Competencies

• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.

Education

• HS Diploma or equivalent

Compensation This position is located in Massachusetts. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $65,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package and variable pay programs.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically is required every day, and walking and standing are required occasionally.
