Description
You will assist in leading the process of 1) building a complete and competent team; 2) developing meaningful needs-based relationship with clients; and 3) delivering operational excellence to all clients.
Responsibilities:
- Team Building
- Recruiting, training, and developing associates
- Workforce planning regarding skill development and cross training
- Managing associate performance for the long term
- Building a winning culture consistent with company values
- Client Relationship Development
- Understanding clients wants and needs and delivering services that meet those needs
- Ensuring that we are making responsible promises to clients
- Addressing and problem-solving client concerns in real time
- Promoting and marketing the business and additional services to clients
- Operational Excellence
- Ensuring that we are keeping all of our promises to clients
- Ensuring all services exceed client expectations
- Maintaining the facility and equipment in working order
Starting Salary is $22.00/per hour
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Three years management experience
- A passion for service and love of dogs
- A high level of self-awareness and willingness to change
- A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to plan at least three months in advance
- An ability to multi-task and High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet savvy
