Commercial Insurance Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support our growing commercial lines team. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with producers and carrier partners, and ensuring accurate and timely servicing of commercial insurance policies.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate policy records, endorsements, and account details within agency management systemsServe as a key point of contact for clients, producers, and carrier underwriters regarding coverage, policy changes, and renewalsManage the full marketing and quoting process for new business and renewal accountsGather, organize, and analyze account information to support renewal strategy and placementEnsure timely follow-up and consistent communication with clients and carrier representativesSupport retention efforts by delivering responsive, high-quality client serviceQualifications & ExperienceActive Property & Casualty insurance license requiredMinimum of 5+ years of experience in a commercial lines role within an independent agency or retail brokerageStrong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages and rating methodologiesExperience working directly with multiple insurance carriers and underwritersProficiency with online rating platforms and carrier portalsExperience with agency management systems such as Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Legally authorized to work in the United StatesWhy Join UsCollaborative and professional team environmentOpportunity to work with a diverse commercial book of businessStable role with growth potential in a well-established agencyPlease contact Jennifer Thompson at View phone number on click.appcast.io to have a conversation about this exciting career advancement opportunity.
